Flobega Academy is a subdivision of Flobega Health LLC that offers comprehensive training and certification for aspiring Home Health Aides (HHAs). Our program equips students with the necessary skills to provide quality in-home care, including basic health care, personal care, home safety, and effective communication with clients and healthcare professionals.

The training program covers essential topics such as understanding human anatomy, recognizing vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing and grooming, and ensuring home safety through fall prevention and infection control measures. Legal and ethical considerations, including client confidentiality and professional boundaries, are also emphasized.

Upon completing the training, students must pass a state-approved certification exam, which includes both a written test and a practical skills evaluation. This certification is necessary to demonstrate competency and qualify for employment as a home health aide.

Flobega Academy's program includes a combination of classroom instruction, laboratory practice, and clinical training, ensuring hands-on experience in realistic settings. Graduates are not only prepared to provide care but also have opportunities for job placement and career advancement within the healthcare field.
